Sightseeing
The abbey church and cloister are about 300 m from the gîte. The market is held on Saturdays and Sundays. Moissac is also the home of the Chasselas grape, with water sports and cultural activities.
Arriving from Lauzerte
A variant avoids the industrial zones on the way into town.
Pets
Pets are not accepted: the gîte is a town house without a garden.
Bedbug prevention
Bedbugs travel in luggage and clothing. A few simple habits protect your stay and that of other walkers.
Tell the gîte
If you have had bedbugs recently or at an earlier stop, tell the gîte on arrival, before unpacking.
Cleaning
Keep your bags closed and away from the beds, and do not leave clothes on the bedding.
Washing
Wash your clothes and sleeping bags at a high temperature as soon as possible, then tumble-dry them. The gîte has a washing machine and a tumble dryer (see the rates).
